Lancaster Leadership is a collection of skilled leaders who specialize in working with government agencies, non-profits, businesses, and associations. They offer strategic planning & facilitation, training & academies, and group coaching for teams.
For just shy of two years, Lancaster Leadership sought out services from Something in Action including but not limited to the following:

Lancaster Leadership outsourced content creation, community management, and overall social media management from SIA on all of their existing platforms (LI/IG/FB). This included the Lifelong Leaders! (550+) and Flagstaff Planting Guide (2.1K+) Facebook groups.
Every year, LL launches the Group Coaching Intensive program in Spring, and again in Fall. SIA developed both an organic campaign coupled with some LinkedIn ads to drive new attendance to the cohorts. Twice per year, Lancaster Leadership will host a masterclass on relevant topics and donate half the proceeds to a different organization in the local area. Something in Action developed campaigns to market these classes and hosted the virtual meetings as they took place online.
